Let's replace "that's just the way it is" with intentional patterns

I hate it when I realize I, or someone I love, is tolerating things in their patterns, environment, believes or relationships that don't have to be true. What are you tolerating?
With the beginning of a new month, it's a great time to step back and identify the spots in your life where there is friction, frustration, stagnancy or energy loss. This is an exercise I do several times a year to see if there is any space where "That's just the way it it," has crept into my mindset. What do you need to let go or replace this summer? After watching the video above, use this exercise to figure out what you are tolerating right now that you could be changing.
