Even in the best of years we experience setbacks and unexpected challenges. Things we think will work well sometimes run into surprising obstacles, and our best laid plans can be disrupted by changing circumstances we couldn't have anticipated when we made them. But opportunities for learning, growth, and improvement can be uncovered within every setback we experience if we take the time to look. Consciously and intentionally recording the lessons you learned this year will equip you to better handle similar challenges in the future, and propel you towards new success.
