What is the strategy?

The Accelerator is a 12-week community focus combining Charlene's strategies, timely support, encouragement, and team motivation to help you overcome hurtles between you and recruiting a team of motivated Shaklee business builders.

How will it work?

This process will focus on learning approaches and strategies, but then also on supporting you to take consistent action to put them into practice. We're excited to see all the growth and success you'll achieve after twelve weeks of intentional steps!

When Charlene finished the Master's Summit, she came away with the same buzz she had 30 years ago right when Shaklee planned to launch Slim Plan as a new product line. From that one launch alone, she made more than 20000 and broke out 2 first levels in the early 90s.

Now she has the same sense that something big can happen for people who are prepared to hit the ground running after conference, when Shaklee announces their run of new products.

That gives us all just enough time to get our mindset right, identify top prospects, and begin laying the groundwork through planting the right seeds so that we're ready to make the most of this upcoming opportunity.

She focused on teaching her new builders mindset shifts they needed to build a business that looked like them, and that felt authentic to them.

And we are hitting the ground running! Each week we will dig into approaches and strategies that enabled Charlene to develop a strong team of independent leaders who were equipped to pursue their own goals and inspire others to do the same. There's a special kind of confidence that only comes from knowing that you have succeeded at a challenge before. This program will build confidence by pushing us into action and show.
